1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions for using the mini games and related services provided through Draw Together (the Service), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Service operator.
2. Definitions
- Service means mini games, shared activities, AI hints, account features, paid digital content, and related support that may be used during video meetings or video calls.
- User means a person who uses the Service.
- Guest Use means use of the basic mini games through an anonymous session without connecting an external login or member account.
- Member means a user who connects an external login to use optional features, purchase restoration, or paid digital content.
3. Notice, Effect, and Changes
The operator makes these Terms available through the Service or linked pages. The operator may update them where permitted by applicable law. Material changes, especially changes adverse to users, will be notified in advance by a reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
4. Service
The Service may provide mini games, shared activities, AI-assisted game hints and judgments, optional account features, and paid digital content. Video meeting, device, network, external login, and payment functions are provided under the policies of their respective third-party providers.
The operator may change, limit, or suspend all or part of the Service for quality, security, legal, or technical reasons. Material changes to paid content will be notified in accordance with the relevant product terms and applicable law.
5. Guest Use, External Login, and Payments
Basic mini games and shared activities are free. Users may use them as guests without creating an account or completing an additional login. The Service does not collect a persistent account or a video meeting participant email address for this use.
Only when a user elects optional features, paid digital content, purchase restoration, or account-based services may the Service request an external login and connect a member account. Payment credentials are processed and managed by the payment provider, not directly collected or stored by the operator.
6. Member Features and Paid Content
Connecting a member account is not required for basic mini games. Payment, management, and refund requests for paid content are available only to members authorised to use the selected payment method. Purchase features are not displayed in the basic guest game surface.
7. User Responsibilities
- Do not enter names, contact details, addresses, account credentials, health or financial information, or another person's personal information in the game prompt or topic field.
- Do not enter advertising, external links, unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, sexual, or rights-infringing content in that field.
- Do not use automation or abnormal requests to bypass game rules, AI usage limits, security, or paid service limits.
- Do not otherwise disrupt the Service or violate applicable law.
8. Game Text and AI Processing
The Service may use the short text entered in the game prompt or topic field, together with game choices necessary for play, to provide AI-assisted hints or judgments. That field is for game text only and does not request personal information. AI output is assistive and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Restrictions and Termination
The operator may issue warnings, limit access, remove content, or disconnect a member account when necessary to address a breach of these Terms, security, or user protection. Unless immediate action is needed, the operator will provide the reason and a method to raise an objection.
10. Paid Content
The Service currently provides limited free AI hints and may later offer paid content through member accounts. Whether a product is available, and its type, quantity, permitted use, and availability period are governed by the information shown on the relevant product screen.
Purchases may be made only by members authorised to use the selected payment method. Once payment is confirmed, a product is provided to the purchasing member account or the activity identified on the product screen. Paid content may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or rented to another person except where permitted by applicable law or the relevant product terms.
When purchases become available, the product price, currency, taxes and additional charges, payment method, delivery time, cancellation and refund conditions, and support method will be clearly disclosed on the purchase and checkout screens. Cancellation or refund requests are subject to the disclosed product terms, applicable law, and the payment channel's policies.
Before sales begin, the operator will provide seller identification, contact details, and any other transaction information required by applicable law and the payment channel on the relevant sales screen. Paid content will not be sold until that information is ready.
11. Intellectual Property
The software, design, names, marks, and operator-provided content of the Service belong to the operator or the relevant rights holder. Game drawings, prompts, and guesses are used only as needed to provide, synchronise, and safety-review the relevant activity, and are not used as advertising or public content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss caused by temporary free-service errors, third-party service failures, network issues, or a user's own acts or omissions. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Mandatory consumer protection or other mandatory laws applicable to a user are not excluded. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
